Carrying their momentum into the third, the Lancers were able to secure 2-1 lead by claiming the set by a score of 25-22. The Blues immediately answered back taking the fourth set 25-22 to force a fifth.

Dominating throughout the fifth set, the Blues completed their comeback by besting the Lancers 15-9.
