Momentum’s training programs are led by some of the best coaches and athletes in the province and country. Focused on group training environments, athletes are challenged to train the way professional and international players do!

House Leagues are round-robin games on a weekly basis with your team. Momentum will rotate players on different teams for the first few weeks before creating teams, and teams will play each other each week leading up to league playoffs. House leagues are encouraged for those already participating in other developmental programs or who are playing frequently at school.

Train & Play is a weekly program and is open to all skill levels. Train & Play is ideal for athletes that want to play volleyball to stay active, that are also interested in other sports and activities too. Sessions are a combination of skill development and game play.

Technical Training is a weekly program focused on developing athletes outside of their club or school teams. Technical training is the most common form of training, allowing athletes to work on individual skills, team concepts and applying those skills in a game-like training environment.

Small-Group Training is run in the evenings during the week and on weekends. This program is for groups of 4-8 athletes at a similar level. Small-group training must be arranged directly with Momentum to ensure that the right athletes train together.

Private & Semi-Private Training is based on availability only, and is focused on athletes that are already playing competitively.
