Queen’s Men’s Volleyball beat Rams again to improve to 2-0

Queens with the strong start to OUA action, take down the Rams back to back.

Queen’s Men’s Volleyball improved their record to 2-0 with another win over the Rams on Saturday, completing their season-opening sweep of the Rams.

The Gaels defeated the Rams 25-23, 25-21, 23-25, 25-22 for the four-set win.

Lachlan McBride (Vancouver, B.C.) led Queen’s with a game-high 17 kills while Erik Siksna (Markham, Ont.) added 10 and Zigurds Licis (Louisville, CO) added seven.

Siksna also tied for the team lead in digs, with Lukas Kaufman (Stratford, Ont.), with nine each.

Liam Wilson (Toronto, Ont.) led the Gaels with 31 assists.

Queen’s is back in action on Saturday, Nov. 13 at 5 p.m. in Toronto, Ont., taking on the Toronto Varsity Blues.
