MONTREAL – Victoria Iannotti and Charlene Robitaille, co-captains of the McGill University women’s volleyball team, have been named first-team all-stars in the RSEQ conference, in voting conducted by the league’s seven head coaches.

Last year, she made the national championship all-tournament team and also received the Thérèse Quigley Award as the U SPORTS player who best combines academics with leadership and community service. A product of College Bois-de-Boulogne, Iannotti was recruited to McGill in 2019.
Robitaille, a 24-year-old native of St. Jean, Que., earns an all-star nod for the third consecutive season, including second-team honours in her rookie campaign (2018-19). The six-foot middle blocker played in 66 of the team’s 69 sets and ranked fifth among league leaders in stuff blocks (0.79 per set).
