Double-digit kills from Devin Cooney and Kylar Code led the way for the Badgers as they swept the TMU Bold 3-0 (25-22, 25-17, 27-25) on Friday, Nov. 10 at Bob Davis Gymnasium.
In his first action of the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) season, junior setter Nolan Shapcott got the start, delivering a game-high 36 assists.

Back-to-back aces from TMU gave them a 10-9 lead in the second. The Badgers fought back, using a hitting error from Alex King and a Ferland kill to take a four-point lead at 19-15.
Ferland and Cooney then combined for four kills to take the set convincingly by a score of 25-17.
The Bold and Badgers went point for point throughout the third set, with neither side earning more than a two-point lead.
This tight set had to go into extra points, with Brock coming out on top off a Sauli Lianga kill and a hitting error from King.
Cooney led the way for the Badgers with 13 kills and outside hitter Kyler Code had ten of his own. Justin Rulli-Levere and Lianga both had four digs to lead the Brock defence.
