The Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA) is partnering with the Athlete Wellness Academy to bring the best arm swing training to Ontario coaches and athletes. The event will take place on September 30 and October 1 at Hillfield Strathallan College in Hamilton.
The coaches at the Athlete Wellness Academy are experts in shoulder health and arm swing technique. Throughout the clinics, they will teach athletes and coaches about the most important aspects of the arm swing mechanics to help them understand how players can attack with more power and consistency while maintaining a healthy shoulder.
This event is subsidized by Region 3. This support will allow coaches to participate for FREE and athletes to get a discounted rate on the regular Athlete Wellness Academy clinics.
Coaches Session
The coach session will be in a classroom and will take place on Saturday September 30 from 8:30 – 10:30 a.m. Coaches from all regions and clubs are invited to participate for FREE. Coaches will be able to stay and attend any of the athlete sessions in the gym to see how the techniques are taught to athletes. Coaches must register in MRS to participate.

Athletes Sessions
There will be 3 sessions for athletes. Spots in each session are limited. The cost to participate is 50$ + HST. Register now in MRS using the links below as the spots will go fast.
