About Team Ontario Beach
Team Ontario programs are designed to identify and expose athletes to the beach high performance training environment. The objective is to create stepping stones towards future international and national team success. Identified athletes benefit from support in all areas of development that include services from partners such as Volleyball Canada and the Canadian Sport Institute of Ontario
The 2022 Team Ontario Beach program will be camp-based. Athletes will participate in a week-long camp followed by two shorter camps leading to Ontario Championships and Nationals. In between camps, selected athletes will train in their daily training environment at home and be monitored by a Team Ontario Beach coach remotely to make sure they stay on track with their training objectives.
