Queen’s Women’s Volleyball lost their first game of the season Friday in Toronto, Ont., falling to the TMU Bold 3-2 (25-20, 20-25, 19-25, 25-23, 15-11).
With the loss, the Gaels record fell to 4-1 on the season while the Bold improved to 3-3 with the win.
Hannah Duchesneau finished with a team-high 16 kills while adding two blocks and 11 digs in the loss.
Arielle Palermo recorded nine kills, three aces, and 18 digs.
Shea Baker led the team with 37 assists and Vivian Zanutel finished with 21 digs.
The Gaels return to action Saturday to close out their doubleheaders with TMU in Toronto.
