Developres SkyRes Rzeszów, the silver medalists of the last Polish Women’s Volleyball Championship, brought on their website one bad and one good news for the fans.
Let’s start with the good news for Developres fans. The Serbia National Team member Jelena Blagojević will play her 5th successive season in the Rzeszów club. An experienced outside hitter, a one-time MVP of the CEV Challenge Cup, has extended the contract with the TAURON Liga vice-champions.
On the other hand, the top scorer of Developres in the competition (558 points), Canadian Kiera Van Ryk, decided not to stay in the club for the next season. A 22-year-old opposite hitter moved to Turkey where she’ll wear the jersey of Türk Hava Yolları, replacing Ebrar Karakurt (signed with Italy’s Igor Gorgonzola Novara).
