NO. 4 BLUES DEFEAT LIONS

Evan Falardeau and Mitchell Neuert led the Blues to their seventh-straight victory as they defeated the York Lions 3-1 (20-25, 25-22, 25-17, 25-22) on Wednesday night (Feb. 23).

TORONTO STATS: Left side Evan Falardeau led the way for the No. 4 Blues, finishing with 16 points off of 14 kills and two service aces. Outside hitter Mitchell Neuert was not far behind, ending up with 15 points from 13 kills and two blocks.

Second-year middle Hayden Cavender had a career-high 14 points from nine kills, four aces, and one block.

Libero Daniel Tudor and setter Zane Grossinger both had six digs in the win, with Grossinger also dishing out 40 assists.

UP NEXT: The Blues will take on the York Lions in a rematch on Saturday, February 26. First serve is scheduled for 4:00 p.m from York University.
