MRS Registration Opens September 1, 2024

The MRS registration will officially open on September 1, 2024 for the 2024/25 Season. Please do not attempt to register before this date.

The MRS system will be offline starting Wednesday August 28th for the new season rollover.

Important for Athletes: Before stepping on the court for tryouts, all athletes must register as a tryout player for $0. This registration is mandatory to sign off on Rowan’s Law concussion educational documents, waiver of liability, and other required forms. Your safety and compliance are our top priorities.

For Parents/Guardians: When creating your athlete’s MRS account, please ensure you use their name rather than your own when setting up your athlete’s account. This ensures proper registration and compliance with all required documentation.

New for This Year: Email addresses with underscores will now be accepted by the system! This update should make registration easier for those with such email addresses.

For Club Leaders, Coaches, and Trainers: All club leaders, coaches, trainers, and other support staff must also register in the MRS system before participating in any OVA activity, including tryouts. It is essential that club leaders and coaches meet their respective eligibility policies. Only after meeting these eligibility requirements will they be approved as eligible members eligible in their leadership roles. As of September 1st, Club Contacts can set up their clubs, fill out information forms,  and start creating the teams in their accounts.

Need Help? If you have any questions or require assistance during the registration process, please contact info@ontariovolleyball.org.  All of the MRS How to Guides will be updated in time for the new season and can be found here.
