WHAT THEY’RE SAYING:
“That was one of our best blocking games, we pulled back in in serving, we played great team defence, except for their one little tactical move that we didn’t counter. We were talking about it, but we just couldn’t execute it. We just have to take that away and that’s how you have to play mature volleyball.
I think we had a great first growing half, so now it’s about seeing what we can do with that growth in the second half.” – Lionel Woods, Gee-Gees head coach.
LOOKING AHEAD:
Ottawa will now head into the exam and holiday break, where they will have a chance to get some rest before resuming the season in the New Year. The Gee-Gees continue the RSEQ season at home against Laval on Jan. 16.
