The University of Toronto Varsity Blues men’s volleyball team fell 3-1 (25-21, 16-25, 20-25 18-25) to the TMU Bold on Saturday, February 4 at Mattamy Athletic Centre.
With the loss, the Blues drop to 11-6 but remain in sole possession for fourth place in the OUA.
TORONTO STATS: Fourth-year left side hitter Evan Falardeau led the Blues with 16 points off of 15 kills and one ace. Mitchell Neuert recorded 12 points, all from kills, while Hayden Cavender chipped in with seven points on the night.
Veteran libero Daniel Tudor notched 12 digs, while second-year setter Davis Young tallied 32 assists in the loss.
UP NEXT: The Blues return to action next weekend as they travel to North Bay, Ont., for a doubleheader with the Nipissing Lakers.
