BLUES BUMP BADGERS ON HOME COURT

The University of Toronto Varsity Blues men’s volleyball team topped the Brock Badgers 3-1 (18-25, 25-22, 25-23, 25-22) in exhibition action on Friday night (Oct. 29) at Goldring Centre for High Performance Sport.

TORONTO STATS:
Second-year middle Jasper Neale led the Blues with 14.5 points off of eight kills and 6.5 blocks, while adding four digs on the night.

Third-year left side hitter Evan Falardeau added 11 points from seven kills, three aces and one block, while rookie Hunter Arulpragasam had 10.5 points from nine kills and 1.5 blocks.

First-year setter Davis Young tallied 27 assists and had five digs, while veteran libero Daniel Tudor notched 10 digs in the win.

UP NEXT: The Blues head to St. Catharines, Ont., to face the Badgers again in their last pre-season contest this Sunday, October 31 at 3 p.m.
