Top Academic Awards: 12 Griffins honoured for best GPA in their MacEwan faculty

EDMONTON – Excellence in the classroom is the hallmark of a Griffins student-athlete and we’re proud to recognize the best of the best with our Top Academic Awards.

Over the past five days on our @MacEwanGriffins Instagram, X and Facebook accounts, our 2023-24 awards have been revealed – highlighting Griffins student-athletes with the top GPA (and ties) in each faculty at MacEwan.

This year, we have 12 winners, who are leaders in the classroom for MacEwan Athletics.

“I am always impressed and inspired in what our student-athletes achieve each year,” said MacEwan Athletics Director Joel Mrak. “This commitment to their studies and achieving excellence in their academics is pretty amazing. 

“Congratulations to all of these recipients for the much-deserved recognition.”
