LONDON – Following their first loss of the season a week ago, the No. 2 nationally ranked Brock Badgers women’s volleyball team bounced back with a decisive three set victory over the Western Mustangs on Friday night in London. Set scores for the match were 25-23, 25-11, 25-18.
The win improves the Badgers record to 11-1 this season, while the loss marks just the second of of the 2022-23 campaign for the Mustangs.
Surpassing 15 points for the sixth time this season, second-year outside hitter Sadie Dick was sensational for the Badgers finishing with 13 kills, one service aces, three solo blocks and one block assist, totaling 17.5 points in the quick three set victory.

Meanwhile, Grace Pyatt and Madison Chimienti scored seven and six points apiece, respectively.
Brock setter Sara Rohr also chipped in offensively with six kills, in addition to her 29 assists and 11 digs. Defensively, the Badgers were led by Emily Foest who finished with a game-high 12 digs.
Janelle Albert and Rachel Gray tied with a team-high nine points each for the Mustangs.
The Badgers and Mustangs are right back in action tomorrow afternoon in London. First serve is scheduled for 2 p.m. with the match available to stream online via OUA.TV.
