Geraldine Gonzalez (Dominican Republic)
Gonzalez didn’t make it into the Dominican roster that competed in Tokyo last year, but she was called up for the VNL and was part of the teams that took gold at the NORCECA Championship, the Pan American Cup and the U23 Pan American Games, where she was awarded as the best blocker and best middle blocker. With veterans Annerys Vargas and Lisvel Eve gone, Gonzalez could fight for a starting spot in the team this season.
