LANGLEY, B.C. – Incoming Spartan Maryn Boldon (Okotoks, Alta.) has been named to Volleyball Canada’s 2022 Women’s Under-21 National Training Team.
Boldon, who is set to join the Spartans this fall, is one of 22 players who will train May 25-June 4 at the University of Alberta in Edmonton in preparation for the 2022 Women’s U21 Pan American Cup on June 5-13 in Mexico. From the 22-person training group, 12 players will be chosen to compete at the Pan American Cup.
This is Boldon’s second chance to represent Canada in as many years after donning the Maple Leaf at the 2021 FIVB U18 World Championships last fall in Durango, Mexico.
