“Claire is an impressive attacker with outstanding athleticism and power.  She loves to compete and has a strong desire to continue to improve as a player and person. Claire brings solid ball control skills to the floor to complement her strong attacking skills. You can’t help but notice the passion and excitement that she brings to the floor and how she makes those around her better.  We are excited to add Claire to the Spartan family.”

“I chose to attend TWU because it is a family-like community with lots of space for me to grow as a person and as a volleyball player. Attending TWU will give me the opportunity to play for an elite program and to get an elite education.”

“We are very excited to add Emma Graca to our Spartan roster. She is a home-grown middle blocker who has come through Pacific Academy and the Fraser Valley Volleyball Club, who also has the ability to play on the outside. She brings a heavy arm combined with well-rounded shot-making abilities, which make her a handful to stop. Add that to Emma’s quality of character and all-around skills with her blocking and serving, and we have a player who we are excited to add to our program and see the impact she will have in the coming years.”

EMMA GRACA

“I chose Trinity Western because of the amazing team culture and friendly atmosphere that the team creates, both on and off the court. I have watched this team play for many years and have been inspired by their hard work and success. I am so excited to join the TWU volleyball program and play the sport I love at a Christian-based university.”

“Tayana has all the qualities needed to be a great setter at the U SPORTS level. She has a clean release, locates the ball well at the pins, and is not afraid to find the middles on and off the net.  Tayana comes from a volleyball family which is demonstrated every time she sets foot on the court. She is a fierce competitor, has a high volleyball IQ and knows how to work well with others. We are looking forward to adding Tayana’s quality of character and ability to the Spartan roster.”

TAYANA DMITRUK

“I have been watching the Spartans since I was young and I am so excited to become a part of the TWU volleyball program. Coming to Trinity Western has been my dream because of its close Christian community, strong academics and its high caliber volleyball team. I am looking forward to growing as a volleyball player and growing in my faith.”

HEAD COACH – RYAN HOFER

“Sienna is a fantastic volleyball player who has had a tremendous amount of success on and off the floor. She is a dynamic player who brings a tremendous amount of control to the front and back court. Sienna possesses the other intangibles that coaches are looking for, including strong leadership, great court presence, fierce competitiveness, diligent work ethic, and a tremendous ability to help others play better around her. She does not shy away from a challenge and she will be a great addition to the Spartan family.”

SIENNA DRIEDGER

“I chose TWU for the close-knit team culture, competitive training environment, and the chance to study at a Christ-centred school. I am so excited to be a part of the Spartan family.”

“Paisley is an exceptional athlete who brings a physical presence to the floor.  She hits a heavy ball, jumps well, and has great front and back court ball control. She plays with a stable demeanour and brings a consistency to the floor in her performance. She is a mature individual who is willing to put in the time and work needed to become a force at the U SPORTS level. We are very excited about the prospect of coaching her as a Spartan and we look forward to the impact she will make over her time here.”

PAISLEY DICKIE

“I chose TWU not only because of the incredible volleyball program, but also because of the amazing culture and community that exists within the program. I am excited for the opportunity to join such a talented team and to continue growing as an athlete, a person and a Christian.”
