LANGLEY, B.C. – Henry Rempel (Swift Current, Sask.) had an impressive showing, as he helped lead Trinity Western to a 3-1 (18-25, 25-19, 25-22, 25-13) win over Mount Royal Saturday at the Blue Team Cup.
After dropping the first set, the Spartans turned things around in the second set and rolled that momentum through the rest of the match on route to the four-set win.
TWU finished the Blue Team Cup with a 2-1 record and are now 3-1 in preseason action.

Adam Schriemer – TWU Head Coach
“Overall, I’m really happy with our performance tonight. I thought our mindset going into it was pretty good and we were clean in most phases. In the first set, their setter had a really good run that we couldn’t get ahold of, but outside of that, I thought we played pretty clean. Henry really put his mark on that game. I thought he was exceptional as a server, spiker, blocker and a teammate today.”
