Queen’s Women’s Volleyball fell to the Brock Badgers 3-0 (25-20, 25-21, 25-22) Friday night in St. Catharines, Ont.
All three sets were close, but the Gaels ultimately dropped them in the straight sets defeat.
Hannah Duchesneau led Queen’s with nine kills while also recording three blocks.
Lauren Mellon had a strong game with six kills, six blocks, and an ace.
Mary Stewart recorded seven kills and a team-high six digs while Kennedy Millen led Queen’s with 23 assists.
With the loss, the Gaels’ record fell to 11-6. Queen’s and Brock will conclude their weekend doubleheader Saturday, Feb. 11 at 6 p.m. in St. Catharines.
