Premier Exhibition Series for 16U & 17U/18U Announced

The first two Premier Events have been re-formatted to fit in to the current Public Health Orders (which disallow tournaments):

In an effort to offer a competitive opportunity in an unknown upcoming health environment, we will be offering 16U, 17U and 18U teams two options in early February.

For the Week of Jan 31^st – Feb 6^th:
Option 1 will offer 17U/18U teams a 2 game exhibition event where teams will play 1 match on Saturday and 1 match on either Wednesday, Friday or Sunday.  We will initially be offering spots for 20 girls teams and 12 boys teams.
Option 2 will offer 16U teams 1 exhibition match on Saturday, Feb 5^th.  We will initially be offering spots for 16 girls teams and 12 boys teams.
Friday and Saturday matches will take place at Dakota CC (cross courts), Wednesday and Sunday matches will take place at Sport For Life Centre (full courts).

For the Week of Feb 7^th – Feb 13^th:
Option 1 will offer 16U teams a 2 game exhibition event where teams will play 1 match on Saturday and 1 match on either Wednesday, Friday or Sunday.  We will initially be offering spots for 20 girls teams and 12 boys teams.
Option 2 will offer 17U/18U teams 1 exhibition match on Saturday, Feb 12^th.  We will initially be offering spots for 16 girls teams and 12 boys teams.
Friday and Saturday matches will take place at Dakota CC (cross courts), Wednesday and Sunday matches will take place at Sport For Life Centre (full courts).

All matches will be refereed by certified officials, and will be scheduled in to a 2 hour time slot.  Teams will be able to arrive 10 minutes before their time slot begins, and must exit the facility no later than 10 minutes after their time slot ends.  With a 20 minute warm-up teams should be able to play 4 sets, however once your time slot is up the match will end regardless of the score.  Teams are responsible for providing their own warm-up balls, game balls will be provided.

Registration Fees for Option 1 will be $200 + GST and Service Fees, and Registration Fees for Option 2 will be $100 + GST and Service Fees.

The Registration Deadline will be January 20^th for Week 1, and January 27^th for Week 2.  Registration is available on SportLomo now.  Teams must have all of their players and coaches registered in to the system 3 days before the event date at the latest.

Expected price is around $400 + GST & Service Fees
