The Varsity Blues men’s volleyball team got their fourth win of the season, sweeping the RMC Paladins 3-0 (25-21, 25-21, 25-21) on Friday, February 11.
TORONTO STATS: Both Evan Falardeau and Mitchell Neuert had double digit kills in the victory, finishing with eleven and ten, respectively. Falardeau added 1.5 blocks and a service ace to finish with 13.5 points, leading all Blues hitters.
Middle Jakson Paterson had seven kills on ten attempts with only one error, ending the match with a .600 hitting percentage. The fifth-year middle provided a strong presence at the net with four total blocks.
Fourth-year libero Daniel Tudor provided spectacular defence on Friday night, finishing with a season-high of 11 digs, while fellow fourth-year Zane Grossinger distributed 30 assists in the sweep.
UP NEXT: The Blues will take on the Queen’s Gaels on Sunday, February 13 from the Goldring Centre for High Performance Sport. First serve is at 4:00 p.m.
