We will be following Volleyball Canada’s lead and adopting two new official volleyballs for the 2021 indoor club season. This decision follows Mikasa’s unveiling of the newly developed V200W which is set to replace our current official ball, the recently discontinued MVA200.
Starting in 2021, Volleyball Nova Scotia will play with the following competition balls:
13U-15U – Mikasa VQ200w-CAN
16U-18U – Mikasa V200W

The VQ200w-CAN is widely viewed as a more developmentally appropriate ball for younger players and at $55 has the added advantage of being less expensive than our current ball.
We are proud to continue our partnership with Mikasa Canada as the exclusive volleyball supplier in Nova Scotia. Mikasa is currently the official supplier of volleyball for the International Federation of Volleyball FIVB, the 2020 Summer Olympic Games, Volleyball Canada, U Sports, as well as numerous Canadian and International organizations.
