Justine Raymond led the Rouge et Or to a 3-2 win over the McGill McGill Martlets on Friday. She made a game-high 27.5 points in front of her home crowd, n 23 kills, 3 service aces and 1.5 total blocks. She also added 12 digs in the contest, which improved Laval’s record to 6-4 on the year. The Rouge et Or are back in action this weekend when they will play UQAM on Friday, December 1st.
Men’s Volleyball Player of the Week: Grégoire Mercier-Noël, Sherbrooke

Grégoire and the Vert et Or had a remarkable game against the Montreal Carabins at the Yvon-Lamarche sports centre last Sunday. Grégoire, a rookie form the Cégep de Sherbrooke led the Vert et Or with 15.5 total pints. He had 15 kills, with a 0.684 hitting percentage, added a block assist, and fur digs. This victory is the 7th consecutive win for the top-ranked Vert et Or, keeping them undefeated in the season. Mercier-Noël now sits in third place nationally for hitting percentage at 0.403.
