Community Youth Volleyball Programs in Manitoba

An opportunity for youth to begin or continue their volleyball development!

The Community Youth Volleyball Program is a new framework created to support greater development of initiation level volleyball across Manitoba. We are working with communities throughout the province to implement this program and create a community of athletes and coaches who will train and then compete at the year-end Volley Blast!

From January through March, athletes ages 10-14 will develop the foundational skills essential to volleyball, mimicking that of the Club season.

12U (10-12 year olds) will train once a week and 14U (13-14 year olds) will train twice a week. Amongst the several weeks of training, designated dates will consist of “Mini-Matches”, allowing athletes to compete within their community for the length of the session. On the days of competition, 12U will be 4 vs 4 Tripleball and 14U will be 6 vs 6 Tripleball.

Registration is now open for Winnipeg, Virden, and La Salle. Find more details here.

Interested but don’t see your community? Fill out the Interest Intake Form to indicate your community’s interest in the program!
