Notice of Volleyball PEI AGM – change in date!
NOTICE of ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of VOLLEYBALL PEI INC.
 
NOTICE is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting of the membership of VOLLEYBALL PEI INC.
will be held at Charlottetown, PEI at Sport PEI – Room 149
on Monday, September 14, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., for the following purposes:

 
1. To approve the Minutes of the May 13th, 2019 Annual General Meeting.

2. To receive the Financial Statements of the Association for the year ended March 31, 2020.

3. To Elect the Board of Directors for the ensuing year.

4. To consider, and if deemed advisable, to confirm, with or without variation, Amendments to the Association’s Bylaws.  

 

Please note:   if any member wishes to submit a motion to the board, they may do so in writing to the President of Volleyball PEI at bjmillar35@gmail.com by August 14th, 2020.
