Circuit Breaker Measures
(effective March 5th, 2021 as of 12:00am)
(effective March 5th, 2021 as of 12:00am)
The Code Red Alert (over the past 72 hours) has been cancelled by the CPHO and we now revert back to the Circuit Breaker. Saying this, all sanctioned VPEI club PRACTICES can now resume. Still NO GAMES at this time….
This circuit breaker is in affect until March 14th, 2021 at 8:00am.
These measures affect our Sr. Women’s League (East and West), and any High Performance Club and/or Spring League Club exhibition matches.
Clubs can resume / start practicing as they previously were, following the Volleyball PEI Return to Play protocol and ensuring all tracing, safety and sanitizing procedures are followed.
Keep in mind that the Public School Board is NOT allowing any outside groups to use their facilities until after March Break (March 21st) so even though VPEI is now allowing practices, your “usual” facility may not be available yet….
We will continue to post updates as things change with Public Health.
Thank-you,
Volleyball PEI
