2021 Team Manitoba Coach Applications Now Being Accepted

Volleyball Manitoba is taking applications from coaches who are interested in assisting with the delivery of the Team Manitoba programs in 2021.  At this time we are uncertain what public health orders will allow but we do have dates booked. The majority of the training sessions will take place at Dakota Community Centre and could involve morning, afternoon and evening training sessions.

At this time we are uncertain how many coaches will be required as the public health regulations will determine the capacity and structure of the training programs.  There will not be any competitions or travel this summer. We anticipate being able to provide further information upon the expiration of the current public health orders on June 12.  The primary responsibilities will be to work with the Lead Coach of the program to deliver the on court training sessions.

All interested coaches must:
-Be an active member in good standing with Volleyball Manitoba.
-Meet the requirements of the 2021 Coach Certification requirements for persons of authority. https://volleyballmanitoba.ca/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/2021-Coaching-Certification-Requirements-FINAL-1.pdf

Coach certification at the development or advanced development level is preferred but coaches who are currently working towards coach certification will be considered.
