Note: Teams must complete the registration form and purchase their membership before they begin training. Club information forms must also be completed and submitted prior to training as well.
If you do not want to register your whole club team, but only want to register a few athletes/coaches in order to begin with some One-on-One Instruction, you can do so through the button below.
