Team Manitoba Gold

Volleyball Manitoba would like to thank all of the athletes and coaches who participated in our Team Manitoba Gold program this summer. We are very grateful that so many of you have chosen to invest your time and resources with us in the pursuit of excellence.

We are very fortunate to have an exceptional group of coaches working together to lead these programs.  While the Team Manitoba programs are about personal and team excellence, at the core they are about providing a positive and challenging environment for athletes to learn and grow.

Team Manitoba sent 2 teams from each gender  to participate in the Red Division at the 2024 Canada Cup in Calgary Alberta. This division was composed mainly of athletes who are aspiring to represent their respective Provinces at the 2025 Canada Summer Games.

In the girls competition , Manitoba was the only province to place 2 teams in the quarterfinals of the event with the team coached by Megan Bradshaw finishing fourth and the team coached by Tim Au finishing 8th.

In the boys competition, Manitoba had both teams playing in very closely contested pre-quarter final matches with the team coached by Lindsey Habib ultimately finishing 7th and the team coached by Andrew Jones finishing 12.

Complete results from the event can be found here:
