As of this afternoon, the University communicated that they have not yet negotiated a collective agreement with members of CUPE 3903, whose members represent Teaching Assistants, Graduate Assistants, and Contract Faculty. At this time, members have already voted, and are in a position to, be on strike as of 12:01 am on Monday, February 26.
Athletics & Recreation facilities and services will remain open regular hours during a labour disruption. All internal and external programming at the Tait McKenzie Centre, including the Fitness Centre, and the Dome at York Lions Stadium (YLS) will continue as scheduled.
